Ciya!

Yes, life’s been good to me. :D

Ciya means happiness.

TOILETRIES SESSION

Have you ever heard nicole’s natural? Well, it’s a Singapore brand, packaged in Indonesia, and they have a laboratory in US.  One of the store is in Paris van Java Bandung (lucky me!).  I guess it’s the only store in Indonesia for now.  I didn’t actually planned to purchase something last Sunday.  But like a fate, that day I brought three PET-1 empty bottles of one other brand which I wanted to bring back into the store.  And then I was told thatnicole’s naturalreceived any bottles from any brands as long as it’s PET-1.  And every bottles give 5% off! HUF! So, another spontaneous shopping event, then!

I took Rose Body Lotion for my Mama, Citrus Shower Gel, and Wood Flower Tea for my Papa.  I was so happy eventhough it’s a little expensive.  But it’s all natural and refillable! *o*

Okay, to tell you, nicole’s natural's store is very convenient.  Minimalistic-natural interior style, and there are refill tanks! Cool! I'll get the photo of the store later.  Or at least illustrate it.  :P

They have good principals: RE-FRESH, REDUCE, REFILL, RE-USE, RECYCLE.  Their products make our body and mind refreshed, they reduce waste by providing refills, the paper bags and bottles can be reused and recycled! Great one! And every products are chemical free! <3 <3 <3

For now, they have 6 fabulous main scents: Cooling Mojito, Romancing Rose, Calming Lavender, Energizing Citrus, Detoxifying Green Tea, Balancing Wood.  Product range starts from tea, cellotape-like soap, bath bombs, cake-like soaps, shower gels, bubble baths, body lotions, body butters, body scrubs, chocolate-bar soaps, aromatherapy oil, et cetera!

Will review their products later! :)

FASHION SESSION

For me, buying expensive (imported) branded apparels is not worth-it. There are many good Indonesian brands around, and though it’s a little more expensive, but it’s Indonesian, so…why not?

I purchased a pink cute dress at Widely Project (Jalan Riau, Bandung), the brand is Cyan. I haven’t researched the history of the brand.  LOL.

Weeks ago, Papa went to Singapore and since my brother asked him to buy a Uniqlo(a Japan brand) product (he loves Uniqlolike crazy), and my mother wanted one too, so I got one also.  He bought us 3 sweater-like-T-shirt.  100% cotton and manufactured in Vietnam.  Mine is pink, beige for Mama, and broken white for brother.  :D So comfortable to be wore daily!

By the way, there is one other Indonesian brand which I like too! I never tried their clothes on, but it seems promising.  And I’m longing for the Neat & Natty line! :) Check them out: Pretty Young Things. Products are limited! So, book fast!

LITTLE CHIT CHAT AND SNACKS SESSION

Grilled salmon of Ei-Jie, Paris van Java.  CRAZILY DELICIOUS!!! :9

Well, Hi There :")

Hello!

I’m speechless!!! LOL.

If you have a blog, and you post something every week routinely, you’ll get confused by not doing blogging for a month.  Like me did.

Now I feel alienated.  :))

Anyway, before I explainwhereI have been, let me greet you guys with these celebrations picture.  But pardon the lateness… :P

Happy Indonesian Independence Day! Happy birthday, my lovely nation! Wish you all the best… *sounds cliché*

Get to love you more, Indonesia, with all your plus and minus.  Kisses!

Minal Aidin Wal Faid’zin! *sorry if there’s any typo*

Happy Eid Mubarak! Let’s forgive each other. :D

Salam Ketupaaat!

Alright, that’s my introduction.

Actually, I never meant to hurt you readers by being hiatus like this.  (“Like I care!” you said)

I’ve told you in previous post about my absence, but I only mentioned ‘weeks’, not ‘month’.  Meh.  It became a month anyway.  :P

Why a month? Because I was busy.  Not…busy…like…”busy”, along with formal suits, heels, and office.  It’s never in my dictionary.  :P

I was busy for several things:

Devika-and-me. Plus SLCO people.  3 weeks in a row, I should be in a specific place with Devika every Saturday and Sunday.  Even Tuesday plus Friday! First week, a Vivaldi concert with Appassionata Music School.  Second, St. Laurentius Chamber Orchestra 7th Anniversary concert, with all the DIYs and my solo part to be practiced consistently. And never forget the Nyungsep Night.  When our concert master, Brigit, had a motorcycle accident just 20 hours before the concert and some minutes after last rehearsal. And we, absurd people who was too shocked to be true in the middle of lighting preparation, headed to a-residence-near-Boscha-Lembang, where Brigit lives, to visit her and make sure that she was fine, still ready to continue the concert tommorow.  In front of Brigit’s house, suddenly our friend’s car’s wheel sucked in the gutter that is covered by grass (+ darkness, it was in the night).

We visited Brigit for 5 minutes, then we struggled for the car wheel until another wheel joined the first one sinking to that honey-bunny-drainage-thingy, and we were there until 2 AM.  Just an hour before Sahur Time!

But, thank you God, the concert still went fantastically! :’) Brigit could play her violin with wounded left-hand and got many applauses! We finished every tasks, like souvenirs and booklets, really-really in the last minute!

Memorable. Event. Ever.

The next week, we, SLCO, played again in the church to celebrate our parish’s birthday.  We served the music in the ceremony and on the stage too.

Still with SLCO, we went to Gunung Padang, Cianjur, as a holiday after all those stuffs behind.  Gunung Padang keeps The Biggest Megalithikum Site with percussive stones around.  Our conductor brought mallets to hit those stones. Yes, some stones produce gamelan-like sound!  OMG happiness! XD

We also visited Curug Cigontang.  The magnificent waterfall with awesome view and magical feeling…plus waste.  WASTE?! Yes, waste, floating on the water, sitting well on rocks.  :’(  Sadness!!!

Somehow, I think I want to go back with a team to educate people who lives there where-to and how-to trash their rubbish.  Understanding is an important element to build a good habit! Who’s with me? :D

So that vacation took a full day of mine.

I was not very busy anymore after activities above.  But then something named ‘internet lelet’ a.k.a slow internet connection came! -_- mueheheheh.

But it’s okay! Finally I’m here to greet you all again, will be back with reviews, illustrations, doodles, and more!

By the way, gonna watch Keane in Jakarta 17 days later! Whoaaaaaa! XD

SMOOCHIEES. :*
